Firstly, it is important to plan your week, start with what exercise you will be doing at what times.

Getting organised is the key to success, plan your meals for the week and also if there are any social events that could undermine your progress!

Tip Two: Exercise Twice A Day

At Hybrid Bootcamp we always focus on high intensity exercise in the mornings, as this will wake you up, deplete your glycogen stores (allowing you to burn fat) and it will help you feel motivated and to de stress!

In the afternoons, we focus on low-intensity exercise to keep you moving, low-intensity exercise (such as walking) is the best way to lose fat and is great to keep you moving and burning calories after a morning of intense workouts.

It is also important to remember variation;

you will be exercising for a long period, so make sure you are interested in what you are doing!

You could perhaps incorporate a running group, gym class or a new hike into your daily routine.

Make yourself excited to start losing weight, if you stick to walking around your neighborhood and video based workouts, you may give up quickly.

Tip Four: Eat Little & Often!

Go for three small meals, with two small snacks in between.

Choose foods that are natural, healthy, unprocessed and that do not contain high quantities of fat, sweeteners or any added sugar!

Ensure that you drink 8 glasses of water a day, it will help to keep you full (avoiding hunger pangs) and it will fuel your workout regime. It is important to stay safely hydrated when exercising.
